Yozua Makes is the Founding and Senior Partner of Makes & Partners Law Firm. He has more than 30 years’ experience in transnational mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, project finance, foreign investment and a broad range of complex cross-border commercial transactions for the last 25 years directly associated with capital markets. He earned Master of Laws from University of California, Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law USA and a Ph.D from Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia.
